  • One registration per attendee is required.
  • All payments must be made in Japanese Yen (JPY).
  • Students are required to submit a scanned copy (in either jpg/jpeg or pdf format) of their student ID or student certificate letter from their supervisors via online registration form. Without it, Regular Registration fee will be charged.
  • Accompanying persons are limited to the participants' family members only.
    • *1 Members of IEEE, JSPE, IEEJ, RSJ and SICE are subject to member fee.

    Registration Requirement for Paper Presentation

      For the papers to be presented at the conference, authors should meet the following conditions:
    1. Either presenting author or any of co-authors should complete the conference registration and payment by July 1st, 2018.
    2. One registration is required for one paper.
    3. If an author is to submit more than one full paper, discounted rate (30,000 JPY) will apply to second (or more) paper. Please apply for them by choosing [Additional Paper] on the registration form. (For paper submissions ONLY. Items such as conference materials, lunch, banquet ticket and others are NOT included.)
