There are 4 special sessions organized in Mecatronics2018. In case you have a paper related with these special sessions, please contact the organizers. The authors can submit a paper to the special sessions by simply choosing the SS title at the select box for technical tracks in the submission system.

Call for Special Session Proposal for Mecatronics2018

The Program Committee (PC) of Mecatronics2018 invites proposals for special sessions (SSs). The special session proposal should be related to any topics of the congress. Organizers of special sessions should post their proposal by e-mail to the PC. The format of Special Session Proposal can be downloaded at Format_SSP.docx

Submitted proposal will be reviewed by the Program Committee. For proposals of special sessions that are accepted, the organizer will be responsible for promotion of the special session, coordination of reviews for submitted papers, and moderation of the session at the workshop congress. Procedure, regulations and important dates for papers of special sessions are the same as those of regular sessions, and the papers will be published in the proceedings.

If the number of selected papers will be lower than 4, the special session will be cancelled and the accepted papers will be shared within the other regular sessions of the area.
